A tour that combines the south and north of the country. We will travel 2600 km across the country and visit all of the most beautiful places. The more people in the group, the lower the price!
We will visit lake Son-Kul, which is considered a top destination. There will be hiking or horseback riding and you will discover breathtaking landscapes. It’s inhabited by only a few Kyrgyz nomads who come with their herds during sunny days.
We will also visit one of the largest stone gardens, which depicts rock paintings that have a history of more than 3000 years.

Arrival in the city of Bishkek.
Meeting with the guide and driver at the airport.
Breakfast at a local cafe nearby.
Departure to the Chon-Kemin valley.
On the way, an excursion to the Burana tower near the city of Tokmok. This battlement was built in the ancient city of Balasagun; - existed at the peak of the development of the Great Silk Road.
Lunch with a local family.
Then a trip to the Chon-Kemin valley. Accommodation and rest.
Dinner and overnight at the guest house.
After breakfast, departure to the city of Karakol along the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. On the way, excursion to the so-called "Stone Garden" or petroglyphs of Cholpon-Ata, an open-air temple left by the Scythians and Huns, dating from the 9th and 8th centuries BC and the 3rd and 4th centuries AD.
Departure to the Grigorievskoe gorge (Chon Ak-Suu 1600 m a.s.l.). Walk along the river, up to 2 km, +150 -150 m. Lunch with lunch boxes in nature.
Dinner at local cafe Karakol.

Tour of Karakol: Dungan mosque, a unique Chinese-style building without a single nail, but used for worship by Muslims, an old Russian Orthodox church - "Holy Trinity Cathedral" made of wood. We will also visit the local ethnographic museum.
Then transfer to the Jeti Oguz gorge (30 km to the side).
Jeti Oguz translated from the Kyrgyz language means "Seven Bulls". This picturesque canyon got its name due to its reddish sandy formations covered with coniferous forests of the Tien Shan.

Arrival in Tamga village, accommodation and dinner at the yurt camp/guest house.
Breakfast. Departure to Son Kul lake.
Then we will make a stop at the Skazka canyon for short walks. Can be up to 5km, +150m-150m. The canyon consists of multi-colored petrified clay, which offers a very interesting view of the lake in the background.
Direct transfer to Son-Kul without long stops to spend more time in Son-Kul.
We will continue our journey to Son-Kul lake (3016 m above sea level) through the Kalmak Ashuu pass (3436 m above sea level).
On the way stop in the city of Kochkor.
Lunch with a local Kyrgyz family. We will also see how the Kyrgyz national bread, boorsok, is prepared.
Optional: stop at a craft store.
Arrival at Son-Kul lake, accommodation.
Walks and light hikes along the shore of the lake, visiting Kyrgyz yurts. Here, the Kyrgyz still lead a nomadic lifestyle.
Dinner at the yurt camp at 3016 m.a.s.l.
Optional: horse riding around the lake (for an additional fee).
The whole day is devoted to getting to know the nomadic life: walks and light hikes along the shores of the lake, visiting Kyrgyz yurts. Here, the Kyrgyz still lead a nomadic lifestyle. Optionally, you can take horseback riding on the lake (for an additional fee).
We can also go to see ancient petroglyphs.
We will walk through the picturesque area, enjoying nature (if you wish, you can take a horseback ride). You can also talk to local families who lead a nomadic lifestyle and try the national mare's milk drink - kymyz.

Departure to the city of Kazarman, on the way we cross the pass "Moldo Ashuu" (3133m above sea level), from where a beautiful view of one of the largest valleys of the region opens.

Arrival in the city of Kazarman, dinner and rest at the guest house.
Breakfast at the guest house.
We start our 3 hours horse back trip. We climb 1.200 meter up to Saimaluu Tash.
We have lunch between the ancient petroglyphs and enough time to stroll around and discover new rock paintings and the beautiful small mountain lake.
We will go back down horse. It will take 2-3 hours.
We return to the guest house.
Dinner and overnight at the guest house.
The Saimaluu-Tash tract is one of the largest petroglyph galleries in the world. The gallery extends over tens of hectares, at an altitude of 2800-3400 m. The petroglyphs that can be seen in Saimaluu-Tash belong to various eras from ancient times (II millennium BC) to the Middle Ages (I-VIII centuries), Therefore, they are made in different styles. They are applied to more than 10,000 large stones scattered around the area.

Then we leave for the ancient city of Osh.
Along the way, we will pass the Kaldama-Ashuu pass (2985m), which separates two areas that are definitely not similar to each other. Lunch in the city of Jalal-Abad or a picnic in nature. On the way, an excursion to the Uzgen minaret in the city of Uzgen. This minaret was built in the ancient city of Uzgen; - existed at the peak of the development of the Great Silk Road. One of the capitals of the Karakhanid state, which existed in the X-XII centuries. In addition to the minaret, we will also see three more mausoleums, which store the remains of the Karakhanid nobility.
Arrival in the city of Osh. Accommodation and rest.
After breakfast, city tour of Osh city.
We will visit Sulaiman Mountain, one of the main shrines of the Islamic world in Central Asia. On the mountain, first we will visit the historical museum, located right on the mountain. After the tour of the museum, we will follow the path of all pilgrims to the top of the hill, where we will see the small mosque of Babur, the founder of the Mughal dynasty, from where a bird's-eye view of the city opens.
We will also visit the eastern market Osh Bazaar.
After the city tour, flight to the city of Bishkek. (45 minutes)
If the flight is not available on that day, then arrival in the city of Bishkek in the morning of the next day.

After breakfast, transfer to the nearest park Ala-Archa in a picturesque gorge house 40 km from the city.
You can walk along the river or to the waterfall (depending on your physical fitness).

Hike to the waterfall (4-5 hours in both directions) +600 m
The waterfall is located at an altitude of 2600 m above sea level.
Also a city tour around the city of Bishkek. Walk along the main square of Ala-Too, visit the monument to Manas, the monument to Lenin, if available in time, you can see the changing of the guard on the Main Square.
